You can rest assured that our Principal or the Consultant you agree to engage will be the person responsible for the delivery of the assignment and no other junior resources will be substituted to perform the work. Additional resources are only introduced at your specific request.
Robert has over 25 years experience delivering innovative solutions to complex business problems within demanding timeframes in a broad variety of financial services and commercial roles.
Prior to establishing Condor Management Consulting, Robert spent over 14 years with Westpac Banking Corporation with his most recent role being Head of Programme Delivery for Asia Expansion, responsible for establishing new operations and expanding products and service offerings to the Westpac Asia businesses including China and India. Previous to this, Robert spent over 8 years responsible for Product Development & Implementation for the Financial Markets and Treasury businesses. Other roles at Westpac have included various Project Director and Programme Office roles in Group M&A and Retail Banking.
Robert is highly experienced in strategy development, planning and running programmes of work in multi-disciplinary environments.
Robert has an ability to work in complex and ambiguous situations and then structure fit for purpose solutions with a focus on value creation and achieving objectives.
Robert has an engaging style and is comfortable working and communicating from C- level executives to all line and support staff of the organsiation.
As a result of the variety of roles Robert has performed he has a detailed appreciation of Risk (Market, Credit, Operational), Legal & Compliance, Operations, Finance and IT and how to bring all these functions together to ensure a holistic customer service experience in the products and services distributed.
